1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email, phone number provided during registration
• Project data: Enquiry details, plot information, design preferences you enter into the Platform
• Payment data: Transaction IDs and amounts (card/UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see them)
• Technical data: IP address at time of digital agreement signing (legally required), browser type, device type
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used — to improve the Platform
• Uploaded files: Drawings and documents you upload to the Platform

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service — managing projects, payments, file delivery
• To generate GST-compliant invoices as required by Indian tax law
• To authenticate your identity for security
• To record digital agreement signatures as required by IT Act 2000
• To send in-app and push notifications about your projects
• To improve the Platform based on usage patterns (aggregated, anonymized)

3. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) — SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure
• Files are stored on Supabase Storage with private bucket access controls
• Payments processed by Razorpay — PCI DSS Level 1 compliant
• All data transmission uses TLS 1.3 encryption
• File download URLs expire within 60 seconds
• Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes — never in plain text

4. Data Sharing

• We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party
• We do NOT share data with advertisers
• We share data only with: (a) Razorpay for payment processing, (b) Supabase for storage, (c) Vercel for hosting — all under strict data processing agreements
• We may disclose data if required by Indian law enforcement with valid legal order

5. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements for GST invoices — 6 years)
• Portability: Export your project data in CSV format
• Contact your architect or reach us through the Platform to exercise these rights

6. Cookies & Local Storage

• Authentication: We use httpOnly cookies for secure session management
• Preferences: Language preference (EN/Hindi) stored in localStorage on your device
• We do NOT use advertising cookies or third-party tracking

7. Data Retention

• Active account data: Retained while account is active
• GST invoices: Retained for 6 years as required by Indian GST law
• Notification history: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Deleted accounts: Personal data removed within 30 days, except legally required records

8. Children's Privacy

• The Platform is intended for adults (18+) for professional use
• We do not knowingly collect data from minors

9. Changes to This Policy

• We will notify you of material changes through the Platform
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Previous versions of this policy are available on request
